The beautiful Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort is our official hotel for the reunion. We have reserved a block of 25 rooms for the nights of Friday, June 23 and Saturday, Saturday, June 24. 

Your total hotel rate will include room, taxes, gratuities and on-site group meals (Friday night dinner, and Saturday and Sunday breakfast). The total price will vary based on the number of people in your party, but the costs break down as follows:

Room rate per night (includes taxes):

$208.19, adult single or double occupancy

Add: $10.90 for the 3rd & 4th adult (ages 18 & over) in the same room

Children 17 & under stay fee in same room with Adults & pay for meals only 

Meals (all prices include tax and gratuity): 

Friday welcome buffet dinner: $33.75 per person

NOTE: There will be a cash bar available

Saturday breakfast buffet: $18.54 per adult,  children 4 & under are free, ages 5-11 are $14, ages 12-17 are $16.50

Saturday lunch: on own

Saturday dinner at Peppe's Bistro: approx. $35 per person

NOTE: This is an off-site dinner and will not be billed to your hotel room. 

Sunday private family breakfast $18.50 per person

Saturday Night Activity: Bowling at Skylands Bowling Center

$5.50 per person per game

$12.00 per adult for 1 hour open bar

Call the hotel at 1-800-742-9633 x1414 to book your reservations for the Given Family Reunion room block to obtain the guaranteed group rate.  

All reservations must be booked 45 days in advance (by Wednesday, May 10). If you book after this date, or after all rooms in the block are reserved, you will be charged standard rates for a room, if any rooms are still available.
